Project Management

Your own assigned Project Manager will work with you every step of the way, gathering critical information about your labeling requirements and continually evaluating your project and timetable, thus maximizing the opportunity for the project to meet your requirements for schedule, cost and system performance.

Your project manager will:

  • Initiate the project and collate all critical information
  • Create a Microsoft Project schedule for bi-weekly or monthly reviews
  • Continually evaluate the requirement updates to keep your project on schedule
  • Continually communicate with you to ensure you are provided information in a timely fashion
  • Assure all 3rd party suppliers receive and respond to the URS/specs
  • Oversee documentation from dedicated documentation specialists
  • Schedule all customer visits including the FAT phase
