Hi, I'm Steve Jackson with B&R Automation here at Pack Expo 2021. I've got Peter Sarvey with Weiler Labeling Systems. He's going to tell us a little bit about how they leverage B&R technology in their machines.
Peter Sarvey with Weiler Labeling Systems: We're an OEM located in Moorestown, New Jersey, and we design and manufacture high-speed labeling equipment as well as label printers. What we have here is our Autonomy high-speed digital label printer. It's in-house, on-demand, late-stage customization for all of your labeling needs. We've got full CMYK color printing with full label inspection. B&R technology running on this machine allows us to have full synchronization of every single servo axis with high-resolution multi-turn encoders as well as high-speed triggering for each of our different print heads and print inspection technology. B&R has been a great partner for us on this machine and has allowed us to really take it to the next level. This is ideal for customers that want to print their own labels in-house, have a lot of different SKUs, and have a low volume per SKU, and they want to have late-stage customization built in-house.
Hi, Peter Sarvey from Weiler Labeling Systems. We're an OEM located in Moorestown, New Jersey, and we design and build high-speed labeling equipment. The piece of equipment that we have here is our VR 72. It's a vertical inline roller trunnion labeler. It's capable of labeling at speeds up to 900 parts per minute. With the B&R technology, what we're doing is having synchronization of our label head to apply two labels to a single product without the need of two labeling heads and at speed. B&R has enabled us to have high-speed synchronized motion, high-speed triggering for our print and camera inspection for variable data on the labels, and has been a great partner through the years for Weiler Labeling Systems.
