The VVM label is applied at the entrance or exit of a WLS VR-72 vial labeler. This thermochromic label gives a visual verification of whether the vial content has been kept at a temperature, which preserves the vaccine potency. While the vial is positively held into a feedscrew, a LA-2000 labeling head unwinds and precisely applies the VVM label onto the cap. A camera verifies the presence of the VVM label so that, if missing, the vial is not labeled (if applicable) and rejected. The VVM application station is fully synchronized into the VR-72 electronic drivetrain and allows for ease of operation and fast changeovers via HMI-based recipe controls.
Backed by WLS' reputation of quality, impeccable service and customer care, and industry leading extended warranty coverage, the VVM Label Applicator is built to meet the most challenging labeling demands.
